I haven't had this done, but I did have a cataract removed under sedation and I really don't remember anything ... or for the next week for that matter it was so effective!!!! Hope it all goes well for you hun

That's why I had the sedation, I don't remember a thing!!
Had the other one done a few years later and they were having none if the sedation milarcky, local anaesthetic and that was it! All these old dears were walking into the operating room and walking out again after it was done! Me I walked in and was wheel chaired out afterwards as I felt a bit queezy (BTW I was hit in the eye with a hockey stick aged 12 which caused the first one, they reckon the other eye then came out in sympathy! I think I was at least half the age of all the other patients!) |

I've had this done....they did give me a little something to relax me though......but I honestly don't remember a thing.......the only thing was throat was a bit sore .....kinda like when a cold is coming on.....was better the next day.....
