Has anyone got another number at all i have emailed them but no response.
My order should be here this morning hasnt turned up yet.

Yep, I've had this problem in the past. Are you using an alternative to BT? Their phone number is with a company called Opal...the people behind the Talk Talk network and I couldn't get to it from any other telephone provider than BT either.

If you are, but you landline is still BT...try forcing the call over BT...dial 1280 first.

Just for the record guys Robyn is no longer a supplier for CS and hasn't been for some time, plus she's on her jolly holidays so I don't think she would be much help, sorry!
