I have some monomer which I want to put on Geekbay.

However I am just thinking what is the best and safest way to send this through the postal system. Anybody know?

You will not be able to send this via Royal Mail. They do not allow flammable liquids .

It would need to be sent by a carrier . You need to bear this in mind as it will most likely cost you at least £12 to send by carrier
