I have the reebok lateral thigh trainer, you get a skipping rope and pedometer with it and you have a dial you turn to intensify the excersise, it wasfrom argos, it was £49.99 and it did the job briliantly (when i used it lol) Its now in the loft gathering dust which is where alot of excersise machines & gadgets end up.

Bagpuss...thats exactly what I'm looking for....but its a bit pricey for me right now....that's why I am looking for something 'cheaper' second hand,..

I had one...hated it...spent about 30 minutes with sweat pouring off me...and only burnt off like 10 calories...Ive got a dog now (OK he was more expensive but loads more fun) and since having the dog Ive lost over a stone in weight!
