First of all I do a lot of kids pamper parties and have done for years. I don't supply any entertainment, only therapies. The reason being is you may need seperate insurance for this, as you aren't an entertainer as such but a therapist. So I have steered clear of this.
I break my parties into age ranges, and think what ages would like what, etc. Do some market research, find out what your competitors do. Price accordingly and try to offer something different. I didn't do a business plan, but some kind of website does help. Good luck xx |

Please please please do business plan, if you fail to plan then you plan to fail. They are really great to do and an eye opener. You can get one from your local business enterprise agency, business link or your bank. They are FREE and a business plan pack will have loads of questions you can answer and may even come up with something that you hadnt thought of. I started a home based business 8 years ago and five years ago opened my first salon, I now have two sucessfull hair and beauty salons and have won several awards - if I hadnt wrote a business plan I would not have had direction. All those plans and ideas were put into my plan and I still, even now, update my business plan and add new ideas all the time. Good luck, sounds a great idea x
