I think it's a lovely dress and will look lovely with your dark hair, especially when it's curled, you could put a red flower in your hair to set it all off.
I've got a Jane Norman dress which is the same cut and it's a lovely fit, you'll look fab!

When I met my boyfriend, I was a size 8 and thought I had wobbly bits, now after gorging on all sorts of unhealthy fattening foods I am more a 12 and definatly have wobbly bits BUT he does say I was like some sort of street urchin when he met me and is glad he's fed me up to look healthy One good thing about putting weight though is my "hooters" have indeed grown
