Well, for Adele I am going to do a rune stone ceremony.....its actually very sweet. I have stones that I have collected from the beach the same size and shape as rune stones (commerically bought ones). I will draw a rune sign on one side (for strength) and on the other side will write adele, then plant it in the garden under one of the plants that looks strong and thrives well.

tomorrow when I am up in the plane (near to the angels) I will send some reiki.

ooooh, just know that Adele will love it!!!! but hey-ho! every bit helps and its my way of doing so.

she is gonna think you lot are off your heads hahahaha!!!!
