Hi there,hope this is in the right forum, I know this may seem a really dumb question considering how easy to use Thermasoft mitts appear to be, however....... I bought a trial pack and today tried them out. I followed the instructions to the t, using only tepid water and using the measuring cup. I waited and then tried them out on me and they were boiling hot, infact you could see steam coming out of them. So I waited another 5 minutes and they had cooled down some what, I placed them on my client, but after about 2 minutes she said they were getting rather uncomfortable, so I quickly whipped them off and again I saw steam coming out of them again! So if any Thermasoft users have tried these and could offer some much need advice it would be very welcome.
