Hair How to become a Hairdressing lecturer

I have been Hairdressing for 8 and a half years and I am looking into becoming a Hairdressing Lecturer to do something more challenging as I love hairdressing. I was wondering if anyone could give me any advise on how to do this? Thankyou.
