Could anybody tell me where i could find somewhere that has a power plate in york and gives one to one instruction on how to use it without becoming a member of a gym.Many thanks

Hi,

There's a studio in York near Designer Outlet that has Power Plate with one to one instruction in a private room. I've been using it for a few weeks now and have really noticed a difference.
