Fibreglass application HELP!!!! - 01-07-09, 02:58 PM

I trained many many years ago with nails........I am wanting to start again and do fibreglass/silk to start off again...........can someone give me a reminder on application! I can't remember if after applying tips do you put resin on the wrap or wrap then resin......must be my age lol
