Can anyone advise if they have or now where I could find a contract template that I could use for a beautician who will be renting out a room in our salon please? Wouldn't like to construct one if there is already one that I could adapt

Also I put a thread on here the other day about suggestions for the rental, quickly browsed replies but they have since disappeared, as I'm a newbie, bit confused lol. Do they get deleted once you have read them?
