i hav a client who has come to me from another salon, where she used to get 10 + 10.01 Luo.

my salon also uses loreal, though we dont use luo. so the first time i did her roots i used 10 + 10.01 + 20vol in majirel, it came up ok, but i wouldnt say it was a very good match, though we were happy enough. the next time i did her roots i used 10 + 10.01 + 30vol, this was better and she was pleased, though i kinda feel that it could be better?

having never worked with luo, im not sure what would be the best to match, all i know is that it lifts better than majirel?

any suggestions as to what i can try next??

To match your best to luo you should use this combination as :- 10 + 10.01 + 45vol.
