Hi

I'm opening a new Salon in Doncaster, I am renting out 12 hair chairs and would like some ideas on motorvating my staff eg how much rent would you be happy paying? How many hours do you work? Insentives etc

The salon will be open 6 days a wk and is very unique and upmarket, located right in the heart of Doncaster town centre.

Your feedback would really help
Many Thanks
Becky xx

If you are renting, they are not your staff, but self employed. As such they should be motivating themselves, spurred on by the money they earn.
How many have you signed up? how did you find them? Chair renters are impossible to find round here.
