Permanent tint to tone, urgent advice please!! - 05-11-09, 10:40 PM

Hi guys, I was just wondering does anyone ever use perminent tint say the 8s to 10s to tone down pre lightened blonde hi lights. I use loreal didiacolour toners but I have the exact colour I want in a perminent tint. I was wondering if the process would be the same as I apply toners to wet hair but perminent obviously on to dry. Could I tone wet hair with perminent tint? If so what mix should I use? Say mixed up normaly with 6% would this work. I know affinage tell you to do it but I use loreal...can anyone help me please thanks guys so much, xx

can you mix a colour bath? permanant tint made dilute - 30 mls permanant t
30 mls 9%
60 mls water
or half these amounts balances out to about 3% more fluid and dilute than tint with 3% , its was used for tonal refreshing of ends ( before semis were so great)
