Perfect "caramel" color?

What would you guys use on a client who has color on their hair .. Let's say a level 5. What would you use to achieve the perfect caramel color? I dont want to have to double process. I use redken color and bleach but would be willing to try new products.

Do redken have a colour that's neutral with a slight hint of warmth? On a base 7/8?

Wella 10/0 40vol, lifts through the tint to a nice caramel

Remember to bleach bath first, is it just highlights? Vitality's art have a colour that lifts and deposits in one process like b-red and redlights called caramel and it is a true caramel colour (well its the colour mine was when I made my own before it burned) xoxo
