What Is The Painting Texture Weave Technique And How Do I Do It? -

 HELP!!hi, i have a college comp coming up, ( tuesday 19th feb ), and i have my model and have found a style i want to create in one of my hair dressers journal mags. it shows how to create the look ( briefly ), but it uses a technique called "painting texture weave technique"  im not sure how to do it, eeek, and i have like one day to learn lol. can anyone explain please? thanks xx
