Stronger hair -

can anyone advise what to use on my hair to make it stronger as everytime i brush i get loads falling out i had lovely hair when pregnant but hes over a year old now
id love to get back some stronger hair

Hi , a lot of womens hair does this and there can be a simple underlying medical condition for it ,
eg it could be a simple vitamin or mineral deficiancy which may need treating by your GP , but dont self medicate as this can be dangerous , make an appointment to see your GP , minky  x

a lot of people find changes during and after pregnancy. ive been taking sea kelp tablets, i find theyre really good for strengthening hair. hth
