I've got asthma and am allergic to cats. My daughter has 2 cats (do you think she is trying to tell me something? LOL) They insist on trying to rub up and down my ankles, not going anywhere near anyone else. When I move away from them they usually jump up onto the chair I've hung my coat on and rub their faces up and down the collar of my coat. Grrrrr!

Ihave 4 persian cats and a dog. I can confirm that the cats are sneaky, sly, and far cleverer than either the dog or us humans. We are merely the staff, the dog is THEIR pet puppy! They have taught the dog how to behave around the superior cat people.
We now have a dog who refuses to get wet or dirty, and who lets the kitten have first dibs on his food. The persians believe that their mission in life is to be as decorative as possible, and to revel in their own beauty. They waft through life demanding cuddles, strokes and endless supplies of ham. I hoover a lot..... |
