hey, im not actually a newbie geek as ive been a geek myself since Jan, but never made thread!
i just wanted to say that you are all great on here. while i have been the salon geek stalker i have picked up on some great tips and advice... and it keeps mr entertained (and awake) at work.
i work on a reception desk in a garage and all the lads pop over every now and then to see whats going on in the geek world. they all love it as much as me.

I only just found the site in April and I'm totally addicted. Without this site I really don't think I'd be at college and about to do spray tan and eyelash extension training.

i know what you mean. i think its great the kind of support you get from here. i love reading all the nice comments left and also the success stories from people brave enough to just go fro it.
i really want to jump feet 1st into the industry but i just dont have the bottle.

Well done for making your first thread. I lurked around the boards taking it all in for ages before i took the plunge! Isn't it great to know were in such a supportive industry?! Have fun!

This site was my inspiration but when I told one of my friends what I wanted to do I said I don't think I can though as I'm too old(29). She said don't be so stupid. Just do it.
So that's what I'm doing. Lol.
