It's funny how we change - sometimes I lurk and sometimes I geek watch

When I first posted this poll, I actively posted but have gone through phases since!

How have those that first added themselves to the poll changed or not changed as the case may be? and of course newbies opinions are welcome to

I've found my voice a bit the last couple days but generally I'm still quiet. I have plenty to say but usually start typing and then think better of it and leave it. I am getting better though!

ok,i am going to say something(and its like 2am...)
When i did my first nail course i was full of loads of questions for all you top nail technicians(so i did post afew to start with) and most of you were/are fantastic,now (afew posts later)i feel worried if i ask a real stupid question..the other week i wanted to ask,after you have finished silk on natural nails,do u need to apply a base coat before polish,and another one was why does the free edge of the 'tip' sometimes split down the middle...yep i can see ur faces feel like if i ask something i am unsure about someone will say....and are you training...you should know this...bla bla bla.But i am on this site every day!! looking at all your great threads and advise you all give...just wanted to share how i feel about posting xxx off to sleep now night night all

You should go ahead and ask. Most will give you helpful replies. Worst case you have to answer, 'yes I am trained!' No matter what the training, we all forget things or feel unsure sometimes. You shouldn't feel stupid for that...

Often when geeks ask about one's training, they're just trying to get a feel for where you're coming from and where you're at before they respond.

I find i can geek AND POST more when hubby's away, more time etc. i can get up in the middle of the night, or early in the morning and geek if i want to as we both work so hard i dont like to spend too much time on the computer as we would never see each other ! When i first found this site i was on it alot, but didnt post a great deal, then my husband wasnt going away quite so much so i virtually stopped for a year or so. Now though ive got the bug for it again and im geeking every day! i may not post everyday , i only post when i really feel i can contribute to the thread.
