Hi and welcome, as Sandi said this business is learn, learn and then learn some more and just when you think you have learnt all you can something new comes along and off you go again learning yet more.

Take a deep breath and stop panicking. We have all been where you are and just think of what you have done as the first step of the education ladder. Take it one step at a time and concentrate on what you do know and on bettering your skills. then ake another class when you find youa re having a particular problem and for getting to know your products froma particular company.
