I too spent a long time in a job...this was a huge change for me.....i too was planning to go mobile hmmm Went to have my hair done 2 weeks after qualifying and came out with a rented room !!! Now have my own salon all in under a year....it can be done....if you are prepared to be up to the silly hours & losing your life as you know it perfecting your skills... Good luck with the course...you will love it x |

I've bought several thing's off ebay i think a lot of people do but only branded stuff.
Unless it's consumables never buy products eg nail varnish, acrylic powder tht u'v never heard of even if u think it does same job n it's cheaper. i made tht mistake when i first started. |

hi i am also new sort of (had a break came back) hope you enjoy the site its so great you have 24 hour a day advice from some amazing people in the bussiness . my advice would be ,make sure you fill out your profile (and keep updating it) helps people help you and as far as ebay its great for arty bits and polishes etc but as for your l&p, gel etc i would wait till you pass your course and get it from cnd only as you have peace of mind its the real mccoy and the support of a great company but thats my opinion .i look forward to chatting to you throughout our journey xxxxxxx

The only items that are safe to buy from ebay are bits of nail art,
don't buy polishes, liquids, powders or gels no matter what brand they say on the container as 9 times out of 10 they are fakes, as many have found out to their costs, they are lots of reputable distributors available online for us to buy our products from, did you know if you are using a fake product on the public your insurance is void. hth
