I have been "lurking" for a while now and thought i would introduce myself!

I came across this site while looking for a learn at home nail course but must say after logging in nearly 8 hours a day and reading through previous post's i have now decided on the CND course and have sent away for dates etc in my area. I have ordered 2 of the 3 books that have been recommended highly on here and once i have qualified and practiced a bit with nails i intend on doing a waxing course with the wax queen.

I am so grateful that i found this site before i applied to college or paid for a home learning course as although these both would of been fine i feel that i would benefit more in a class room like many other geeks on here.

I have also just heard back from my local college and fingers crossed i should be starting a part time hairdressing diploma at the end of April.... I have wanted to get into the beauty industry for years but have always been in full time work and never had the time. I find out monday if i have got in so keeping my fingers crossed now. xx
