Ive just chosen what name I am going to go with:

Red Carpet - Professional Nail Studio
I chose this because I want my clients to know that they are getting star quality nails, and because I love the ideas I have for interior design for when I get a salon. A strip of red carpet leading from the door to the reception, and red/black and diamond themes.


Other ideas I had but did not use were:

Chic – Professional nail design (was on the list because its simple and I think classy)
Exclusively yours – Tailored nails (was on the list because it gives the clients a personal welome feeling)
Modish – Tomorrows nails today (was on the list because its different)
Enchantress – Nails for the Maiden, the Mother and the Crone (was on the list because the Enchantress is the part of the goddess (and all women) that seduces, and she is a sexy playful spirit, so a very feminine idea)

Hi I have called my nail business... Nails to SHOUT about. I decided on this name because in my area there is lots of American style nail bars and I want to stand out from the rest!

Mine is "Nails by Knight" as my surname is Knight.
A work colleague thought of it as a joke and I liked it.

I have to admit though that I have gone off it a bit as im not sure whether it works but a few people have told me not to change it.

You should offer a service at night/after hours and charge double.

You could service a niche market using your name and double your income at the same time.

Mine was called "Simply Acrylic Nail Design" - pretty straight forward. I am allergic to gels and did not offer anything but l&p.

i wanted to see what people think of the name: 'ImagiNails'

I named mine Rose et Blanc (translation for those who don't know - 'Pink & White'). Living in Quebec any business has to be named in french (unless its a franchise coming from somewhere else, like Walmart for example). I think it's the perfect name for my salon as my entire set-up is pink and white and the most common service asked for around here is the pink & white application.
