I like it too. Here we call it "Marbeling" - if it is the same technique, drops of different nail polish into water, and then dip the nail in.
I did it once-very messy thing! You have to clean up your fingers with cotton sticks/pads and nail polish remover. I assume you must have a certain kind of routine-otherwise you cannot use it-esp.not on a client. I watched a lot of videos on Youtube-it looks very easy- but I still made a horrible mess.
