FIrst off, let me say that for only qualifying 3 weeks ago, these are pretty amazing and are better than what a lot of salons are charging for, so congratulations on your accomplishments so far!

Ok, now you said harsh, so I'll try to be as picky and detailed as I can.

Originality and Design I didn't vote for, they don't really apply.

The length is a tad long for the amount of nail bed here. Either bring the length down a bit or custom blend.

The left side of each nail is more tapered and rounded than the right side. Your file angle isn't the same during finishing. If you don't notice this with the hand towards you (and you don't already do this), try having the client put her elbow on the table and turning the back of her hand towards you. This way, you see the clients hands the way they seem them. This gives you a totally new angle and you'll catch things you didn't catch before. Also tip the nail toward the client and look down the barrel. You'll catch uneven free edges and c-curves.

Your sidewalls look very neat and your zone 3 looks flush with the nail. Good job. The only thing I see is that on the ring finger, right side, there is a spot where the acrylic wasn't brought all the way to the sidewall, giving you a bit of a dip that is impossible to file away. This client would most likely come back in with lifting in this little area.

Your line of light isn't showing at all, which could mean the lighting is bad or you finishing isn't up to snuff. You want to see a perfect line of light down the center of the nail as you look at it. Any wobbles in the light means there is an imperfection in the nail. Check out the tutorials on finishing and file control, they help loads.

You did an excellent job keeping the dark color off the rest of the nail, your smiles are very clean. They are mostly consistent, with only the index finger being "off"- it's deeper than the other three. I personally like this one best. Considering this client doesn't have perfectly long and narrow nail beds, I would have put a deep smile line (probably with an opaque nail color on the bed) on these to create a sleeker appearance.

The color is great, I love dark tips.

Without a barrel shot and a side shot, it's hard to comment on the thickness of your sculpts and the apex placement, but overall, these are really good and I don't think anyone would complain about paying for these! Good job!
