Sculpting a biter L+P French

Ok, so VERY new to sculpting - today was my first set of friend's 13 year old daughter. Was a bit wary of doing them on a girly so young, but after reading thread apon thread, decided that as long as I've made it 100% clear that she'll need to come back for infills and how to look after them, I know I've done my job!

Anyhow, this is my first set of sculpts (apart from 1 set on my nail trainer) and boy was I thrown in at the deep end! Tiny nails, a biter, and kinda clubbed thumbs. So instead of doing normal L+P pink and whites, I used a cover pink and elongated her nail bed (I hadn't practised this at all, just watched demo on course!)

After finishing nails, client saw my glittery OPI polish and wanted this over the top (its not to hide faults honest!). My final feelings are that I am very pleased with the end result but think product is too thick at cuticle and I'm
worried this is going to lift, but we will see!

Like I say, I'm very new to nails and want to develop as quickly as poss so ANY feedback / comments is greatly recieved so I can do better on my next attempt! x

to be honest its abit hard to critique from that pic as it is not that close up to the nails.for a better critique you will need a closer pic and try and capture different angles so that we are able to critique on areas such as apex placement,the cuticle area etc.. rather than just to say they look nice maybe a before and after pic.please fel free to look at other criques on here to give you an idea of the sort of picture to take.

Can I just say that they may be a little too long for a nailbiter? I never take the length past the end of the finger for the first few appointments and use that as a 'carrot' to encourage them to leave them alone (if they come back in good condition I don't file down the length).
