A better way for me to explain would be, If I was to lay the flower on the nail, the petals would not lay flat they would sit about 1/2cm off the nail, and if you tried to adhere the petals to the nail it would ping off! Someone must have a success story with these. |

I think it looks great. I have used dried flowers and I know how difficult it can be to separate the petals to get then to drape evenly. I also have some flowers that the centers are a bit thick. What I have done is lay the l&p so that the petals will lay evenly. There is no use in cutting the centers as the whole flower will fall to bits.
Do you pull non-stick plastic on tight over the flower with a dab of glue for a minute before you lay the top layer of l&p? That sometimes flattens it out. |
