I'm afraid I made a mistake today. I had the opportunity to buy a tech trolley case for a pretty good price. It's like the Monaco beauty case at beauty box. Anyways it's big. I bought it brand new for 95 Euros which is $140.50 American.

I plan on going mobile once I'm fully trained and just work on people I know once I get my first certificates, this December. Just in time for Christmas .

Anyways do you think I should have spent the money on something else? I have some extra cash for tips and consumables but just enough. I'm feeling guilty now though I know I wouldn't have found such a good price anytime in the future. The other cases I've seen were half the size and just 7 Euros less.

I could use some encouragement right now. Pls let me know what you think and what was your biggest expense once you started out.

hi just bumping up hoping for some comments

When you are mobile, you need to get everything you need in as few cases as possible, I am not sure what case you bought but if your equipment fits in then all for the good.

When I started up I spent a hell of a lot on things I didn't need, then soon wisened up.

The most important thing that I spent money on was my training and still is.

I'm now glad I bought it. Yesterday evening my friend came by. She's in the beauty industry, but is currently managing someone else's salon. Anyways they need a nail tech. I know I'm rushing the gun cuz I'm still in training, but it's good to know that I'll have a good case to carry all my stuff to and from cuz I'll be a freelance tech for a couple of mornings or evening a week. It's flexy hrs. That is if I get the placement.
