I Googled "American Men's Pedicure" and it seems like it's a pedicure for men with the American 'french' polish. I really couldn't find anything else. HTH!

I believe it is a normal pedicure but with a French polish - only the white is off white, almost nude.

Have you asked the client what they mean by American Pedicure? 9 times out of 10 people themselves haven't got a clue what things mean, they have just heard the expression somewhere.
