Bubbles in my polish!

could someone help I am a new technician and have done a manicure which went well until I painted the nails, base coat was applied and then coloured polish then the topcoat. when this dried out which by the way took ages even with opi dryer! there appeared tiny bubbles on the surface. I would appreciate if anyone could tell me what I did wrong

did you get rid of any filing dust?
was your polish brush clear of dust, it sound to me like dust in the polish or too much polish applied.

Did you shake the bottle instead of rolling it correctly in your palms before application?? Shaking creates millions bubbles that can form tiny craters on the surface.
