Application difficulty with one colour. - 08-09-10, 11:09 AM

Has anyone had problems applying specific Bio Sculpture colours? I have around 20 colours but ordered 2064 and it wont go on properly. It goes on all botchy and has a very strange texture.

Anyone had similar problems?

The title of this thread ... Dodgy Bio Gels?

I think the title of your thread is misleading and unfair to the Bio company reputation when so far it is only you who seems to be having difficulties with ONE, not many as the title indicates, colour.

I think people should act responsibly when they are talking about a comany's reputation or dissing a product they sell not to mention, when one knows that thousands upon thousands are going to read what you have said and because of that will now be looking for fault with Bio colours. Shocking!!

Why do you post to seek some sort of validation from others about a problem you are having? If you (or anyone) are experiencing difficulties with one specific colour then TAKE YOUR CONCERNS TO THE COMPANY NOT TO THE WHOLE WORLD!!

If you run a successful business, put yourself in the position you have now put Bio in. Say you disappoint one of your clients and she comes on salon geek and tells the whole world about it instead of just politely calling you to complain or discuss. How would you feel?

So I am going to change the title of your thread to accurately indicate what it is in fact about, and ask all to think before you post about what you are saying and how it affects others.

When you think how many thousands must get manufactured everyday there is always going to be a dodgy one somewhere its just unlucky if you get one.All good companies will usually replace.Just contact them as soon as you find a problem.

Gosh I'm so sorry I didnt meant to offend or cause any discredit to Bio Sculpture! I was just in a rush and perhaps didnt put enough thought in to my text.

I've since spoken to Bio Sculpture who have asked me to return the gel for testing.
