Does Anyone Know What The Coshh Regulations Are For The Following Products:-

cuticle Remover
cuticle Massage Cream
non Acetone Nail Polish
acetone

Hi Leece,
Get in touch with your supplier and ask for all the haz chem / cossh for your products. They are obliged to send them out to you
Also check out the NSI website, you can download a few things from there

Yep your MSDS will give you all the information you will need and also Health and safety might want to see your MSDS if they do a spot check....
We had one today and thank good for the internet..... I down loaded mine from the designer website and they are all safe and sound tucked up in my MSDS folder.... Brownie points for me lol.....Passed it all with flying colours....

hello nail geeks!

im finding my health and safety a bit hard
im tearing my hair out

here are some of my questions

why is it important that contra-indicatoins are fully explained to the client?

why is it important that physician approval is given if a contra-indicatoin is identified?

why is it important that records are signed by the client and the records are complete and accurate?

why is it important to note any medical concern and the treament is given in accord?
if you could help me with these it would make my day thanks xxx faye xxx
