Olive oil will not remove dead tissue from the nail plate, for this you need a cuticle remover as has been stated. Failure to remove dead tissue and oils from the nail plate results in lifting. Pleas fill out your profile as it helps to know your level of training.

i use a product called blue cross from sally beauty supply. it is awesome and works 100% better and faster than cnd. you dont need to use water to activiate it. i do waterless manicures and this is wonderful. plus it is very cheap to buy. i have been oing nails for over 13 years and love this product. on clients that are running late i do use my solar oil instead of any remover just bc i have to cut something out.

just a thought, but you don't need water to activate Cuticle Remover either... . Appreciate your thoughts though... don't know is Sallys UK do this product???

Me too a CND spray bottle with water and Scentsation wash, change the smell every time i need new water, have sold quit alot of Scentsation wash in this way
