hi everyone

I am half way thru my city and guilds teaching diploma and in a few weeks i have to give an hours microteach, any one got any great icebreakers and helpful hints, i was thinking of teaching some nail art, i have men and women to teach, need ideas plees they all have great senses of humour so wud like to inject some fun as well as some serious history of nails etc, thought about usings bits from last months scratch on the history of nails, how can i inject some fun into such a long session ?? all comments will be gladly appreciated x

Why not do the acrylic rings that is that is highly talked about on here at the minute - will try and find the thread for you.

just seen the thread by emmsybabes, they look amazing, i think that would be great but what about the men, do u think they would manage? also i have never done that b4 and not sure if i have time to practice and wud worry about looking like a tit for being unable to do myself, is there a step by step on it anywhere, it looks sooooo clever and im sure it wud blow everyones mind xx

Send Emmsy a pm - she will tell you more about it - perhaps they could make some other things out of acrylic - but like you say -an hour isnt long either!
