color gel on acrylic - 23-04-08, 09:25 PM

Hi, everybody!

My name is Michela and I'm from Italy, so I hope you'll forgive my bad english.....

I would like offer to my clients permanent polish on their acrylic enhacement, but, in the past, when I tried to put color gel on (IBD), those pull off.

Can you, please, tell me which brand of color gel can works with acrylic? I don't want to waiste my money again.

Thanks a lot

whatever brand of gel you use, it must be applied to acrylic that has been filed with no finer than a 180 grit file. perhaps this is why you had problems before, maybe the nails were too smooth.

i use lechat colour gels.

Hi there, I think your English is very good.

I use Creative Brisa gel over L&P (acrylic) again on a surface buffed with a 180 grit abrasive
