A rather attractive 3D effect using tiny bits of scrunched up tissue paper. I rolled 4 little balls, stuck them down with basecoat, 2 elongated 'sausage' shapes as leaves, applied a few drops of nail glue so the paper set hard for ease of painting, painted the whole thing added a generous topcoat and voila!
