Nail competitions advice

Hi guys

I'm keen to start entering in nail competitions and wondered if any one has any tips on fantasy nail art as from photos I've seen it looks like a lot of work to do in 90mins?

Also is any one aware of any competitions in the Uk apart from the nailympics? I'm interested in all types of nail competitions to get the experience. Thank you all in advance,

Hi Lisa,
Great to hear you are interested in entering competitions.

If you have a look there are some recent threads about competitions and some to enter through the salon geek site (I think this was done by the beauty guild)

Also there is a competition in October in Manchester rules can be found on the professional beauty website.

While I remember there is an annual Christmas comp run by Jo shirley, Held in Rotherham on 30th nov.

You can call Jo for a place on the guest list or to enter the comps or just for more details, on 01302 340550.

Or email on joshirley@live.co.uk.

This comp is open to all techs, as all brands are welcome.
