Well, Chloe, looks like you are a budding young nail tech.

Are you doing your designs with polish??? Much easier to do designs with acrylic paint that you can buy from any hobby shop. You make your design and then seal it on the nail with a clear top coat (apply very lightly and very quickly or you will melt the paint and smear it). But using acrylic paint is much easier an cleaner looking in the end.

Gigi Is right, some acrylic paints and a few different size brushes and you can get something called a "dotting tool" these are perfect for doing little flower designs,
And then if you make a mistake you can just wash it off with water, and start again....

There is so much you can do with just some paints and polish hun..you will love it...(and I bet your friends will too)

Experiment and have fun...

Your designs are very pretty hunny and you have done very well with them,
i am sure you will be a great nail artist as you get older.
But i have some very IMPORTANT advise for you, please stop using the Rio UV Gel system, it does not matter if you are using on yourself or others, there is an awful lot more to making nails look pretty and by using this or any other system you are going to cause damage to the natural nail,
you concentrate on your nail art side of nails and getting good grades in school and you will be able to go very far in this industry when you are old enough,
you wont have long to wait now the new diplomas are been introduced to schools hth

I agree with louby, I didn't realise you were using the rio kit,
Oooo hun really, please don't,
I think its important for you to concentrate on your nail art....
If you damage your nails with the gel kit, you won't be able to practice nail art on yourself anymore,
and this is the best way to have others notice your designs is to wear them yourself...

We're not nagging you in any way hun, just offering professional advice

12 or 25 doesn't matter babes you obviously love being arty I too love nailart and can sit for hours trying out designs the key is letting your mind take over and trying new and different designs. Practise makes perfect and I am sure you will get better and better
Just to add that the Rio kit you have is not well lets put it this way non of the good nail techs use it and I think with your age its probably been brought for you to have a play with, But tbh with you its going to ruin your nails. So stick to doing designs on some nailtips for now and then when your older contact the professional company.
