Hello -

i have just done my NSI course and managed to do around 15 sets and only a couple of rebalances! The best thing i found to do was to use the same model twice and soak off. I charged £10 at the time and people did not seem to mind paying. I wouldnt worry to much if you cant get near the 30 mark because not alot of the students i was with got anywhere near this amount x Good luck x

Hi I have just done my first two days NSI and also need the same 10 clients before and after pictures, we cannot work on nail trainers, but I must say the training has been excellent.

This is a VERY good point and one which should be considered importantly.

A lot of problems usually arises with 'training nails'. So making mistakes on people who can potentially be your 'real' clients can cost you more than just using up your products.

It may take 10 years to build a good reputation and then only 5 mins to ruin it.

I completed my NSI foundation at the beginning of August (got a merit ) and I did use a nial trainer in my portfolio. Think I did 3 sets on one. Isn't that strange, must depend which educator you have and what your portfolio is like overall.

I know i was wrong but i did say that 'i think'

Some other geek has already cleared this up in this thread and said that you can get student insurance.

But thankyou for correcting me!
