Essie finished polish color discoloration.... - 28-05-09, 12:38 PM

It's pretty standard....on natural nails: good prep(cuticles pushed back and hydrated, buffed nail plate, good clean surfaced that's been squeaked), base(essie) 2 coats(essie) and top coat(essie) nothing too thickly applied.....here's the problem....on a very few clients my pink and purple hue polishes can get streaky violet/blue lines from cuticle to free edge....but I can use the same polishes and the same client and it turns out okay the next time we attempt a fresh polish....Oh and the discoloring appears quickly (5-10min). Any ideas? I don't want to trash good polishes if it's me. Thanks for the imput!
