hi can i just ask .. i have completed a nail tech course with mercia but i would like to try out the cnd do products.. to order off the site would i need to have done a cnd course or does it not matter wjat course you have done aslong as you are qualified ??.... sorry if that sounds a bit of a daft question

To buy acrylic systems depends on your level of qualification, I have level 2 vctc and can order anything but acrylic. I am seriously thinking of doing the conversion course in the future, i received a starter retention kit from Ellisons and CND is a really nice system to use. The people at S2 have been very helpful as have all the geeks on here.

Give Sweet Squared a call on 08452106060 and they will set you up with a customer number so you can register on the site.

S2 only sell to professionals so the site is very secure and you will need to send a copy by fax or scan of your certificate of competence or explain that you are doing a course and need the products for that.

They are lovely and helpful at S2 and you'll be very glad you went to the effort to get on their list believe me.

when an order is placed...does it usually come before a certain time of the day or could it be at any time throughout the day? and what happens if im out when it comes...would it be left somewhere or go have to go back somewhere for me to collect? x

I placed an order on Sunday, it was delivered on Tuesday morning whilst i was at work and my 17 year old daughter couldn't be bothered to get out of bed to answer the door so they put a card through the door and took it back to the depot. The card gave me a few different options for re-delivery, you can collect it from the depot (too far), have it delivered to a different address, re-deliver and leave in a safe place or re-deliver when you know your going to be in. It gives you interlinks website and you can arrange it on there. I know i'd be home today so i rearranged delivery and guess what my Minx and popits have just arrived and i'm sooooo excited.
I was never trained in sculptured nails but think with a little practice with the popits my problems could be solved ( will still practice freehand though or maybe do a course).

Ha yeah I know...I spoke to katrina a couple of times on there and she said theres a bit of a scramble to answer the chat things first lol...it is a fabuloso feature I must say...all is ok anyway...no sooner had I asked on here that there was a knock on the door! I believe you can also track your own orders to see where they are. You can also see your own history of orders so you can remember what you ordered and when etc etc.

Well as Mr. Gmg has been able to create a live chat box and tracking then I think he should definately be able to create a live parcel tracking cam as well...so I can see exactly where my parcels at all the way from there to here lol
