Maybe you should phone them and say so - hopefully they can broadcast an apology tomorrow if so. That is a bit stupid though - having someone use incorrect techniques on the telly!

I have emailed them as I was disgusted, showing that vt of applying them with a hairdryer is like telling joe public to go out and do their own nails with minx using a hairdryer.
I am sooooooooooo angry.
I have also just rung in she said that she will pass on my comments to the editor, I said that they were giving out misguided info to the general public. She said that they cant stop the show but should mention it tomorrow.

I think they are doing the professional nail industry real harm.

I didn't know Zoe was going to be on This Morning BUT - am I pi88ed ofF she used a hair dryer or didn't file correctly (I am not sure what you guys saw)... No - I am not naffed off at all and here is why!!

She has just done Minx, the industry and YOU guys a good turn. She has just bought Minx to the attention of millions of viewers and told them that MINX is out there. These people may have loved it that much that they just might decide to google Minx and find YOU if they can't afford the Daniel Galvin Salon in London.

The general public DO NOT see what you professionals see - they simply don't. There was a time when I was EXACTLY like you guys... in an up roar - sending emails, calling people... and for what? They will do NOTHING and I mean NOTHING about your calls Jen... they see it as 'if you're lucky enough to be on This Morning shut up and suck it up and enjoy your 2 minutes of fame'...

This could get and bring people to your door. Stop worrying about filing techniques and make sure yours are always right.

Zoe if you are reading... thank you for getting it out there from all of us. Also as an aside... when doing things like GMTV / This Morning etc... they give you no time, no room and they never say the right things... but it's ALL GOOD PR for us and and the industry even if it's not a perfect professional job.

Turn it around, be positive because when S2 start getting calls of 'where can I get my nails Minxed' you can be sure we will be sending them to YOU GUYS!!
