First off, make sure that you are registered and logged in
- Click the Navigation->forums link
- Click the appropriate forum for your new thread (i.e. click The Nail Geek for general nail discussions, The Skin Geek for slin care discussions, Chit Chat for non nail related threads, etc...)
- Click the New Thread button located in the upper left portion of the page
 to post a new topic or  for a new reply to an existing message.
- Fill in the appropriate subject and message
Click Submit
