Hair | Fudge 'Pop Up' With Zaha Hadid -

Not only does London Fashion Week bring the best of fashion to the capital, it also brings the best of beauty. Beauty brands go out of their way to be noticed during fashion week and cult hair brand, Fudge are no different.
Collaborating with Zaha Hadid Design Gallery, Fudge will be holding it first Pop-Up Salon which will be open throughout London Fashion Week and London Design Week. Following the recent acquisition of Fudge into the PZ Cussons Beauty portfolio, which includes St. Tropex, Charles Worthington and The Sancturay, this event will see Fudge host its first major consumer facing activity. The Fudge Pop-Up Salon will not only present its leading creative genius' for hair advice and styling, cutting and colour appointments but the collaboration will also showcase unique designs from the Zaha Hadid architects, in celebration of London Fashion Week and London Design Week. Zaha Hadid, founder of Zaha Hadid Architects, was awarded the Pritzker Architecture Prize (considered to be the Nobel Prize of architecture) in 2004 and is internationally known for her built, theoretical and academic work. Each of her dynamic and innovative projects builds on over thirty years of revolutionary exploration and research in the interrelated fields of urbanism, architecture and design. Zaha Hadid has a deep connection with art, fashion and architecture and comments on their interconnectivity. “There exists much more fluidity now between art, fashion and architecture – more cross pollination in the disciplines which can be built upon in collaborations and exploring what these practices and processes can contribute to one another.” Fudge Creative Director, John Vial has forged relationships with some of the world’s art, architecture, and fashion opinion leaders throughout his career, he comments on this collaboration “The future of Fudge is about developing relationships with like-minded challenging brands, pushing forward our individuality, and really standing out from others. This Fudge Pop-Up Salon is the first of many exciting activities we’ve planned and I know it’s going to be highly successful in introducing the new Fudge creative team to a wider audience.” The Fudge Pop-Up Salon will be by invitation and appointment only.
