I haven't been able to Login for two days... I kept getting a message to say 'the domain is't allowed and has to be accepted by the white board?????'

So I rejoined as StarStar1979 and the same thing happened again.....

There are some particularly nasty people out there. Our host got hit a couple of months back and everything on the servers (including the backups) were wiped and none of it was recoverable so all his customers lost their sites, their emails and their databases if they hadn't back them up themselves else where!!!

Although everything seems to be running well now, I hope the nail geek site/database are back up securely somewhere completely unrelated to the original server (preferable off-line). This site is a fantastic resource and it would be a shame to lose any of the info just coz of the actions of some warped individuals.

I was just wondering if Rackspace have confirmed whether there will be any compromise in security in this instance?

Unfortunately, if the hacker is using a proxy (or has a dynamic ip address) this problem could continue indefinitely
