Loads of talk here in the UK lately on the happy ol subject of MMA. Thought I would post a slightly tweaked article that was written for one of the trade rags over here and post it. When done, mozy on over to the new message board and talk amongst yourself (HA.. yourself... GET IT... HA).

Speaking of the message board, its about 95% of the way done. The only way its gonna get finished is by people using it... so go for it... knock yourself out.
