Please everyone give her the support she will need over the coming weeks, months and years. Until you actually sit with a Mod's hat on you never realise just what a difficult and often thankless task it is. So much is done without people even knowing about it because it's done in pm's and we often take a lot of flack behind the scenes for it. Please remember it's a voluntary position that we do in our spare time, often at the end of a very, long and tiring day.

We do things as a team, and that team actually involves every single geek making their worthy contribution and abiding by the geek rules.
