Hiring a Hairdresser for my brand new Salon.

Hi
I am looking for a Hairdresser, I will open my salon as soon as I get one, but should I pay a Salary or get someone by commission, any advise in hiring experienced Hairdresser? All the people applyning are comming from Colleges should I give them a chance?

Thank you!

If you are only gonna have 1 hairdresser, working alone then someone with experience is better. If you are a brand new salon, it's unlikely a hairdresser will take comm only or profit share.
